Hello there!
I'm Victoria, Founder and Director of Lox of Love and Lox to Learn, multiple award winner for business, entrepreneurship and hair extensions; educator and business graduate.
I have over a decade of experience in the hair extension industry, having built the Lox of Love brand from little ol' me to a multiple salon business and training academy.
The Lox Way was built on a strong ethos of integrity, quality of service and client loyalty. Over the years I have focused on building a team of experts offering our clients the opportunity to wear hair extensions as part of their everyday lives. Our fitting methods are many, but our own unique style of weft fitting is one that we know our client's love, is suitable for long-term wear without damage to the natural hair, and is great for all hair types.
The Lox Way is about educating clients to understand how to care for and maintain their hair extensions, and we show you how to adapt your fitting techniques to suit client hairstyles, lifestyles and budgets.
After completing The Lox Way Technical Training you will be equipped with the technical skills needed to successfully transform all types of hair!
We show you the client's journey, from consultation to fitting, maintenance and aftercare; and what to consider in order to grow your loyal base of repeat clients.
Our training takes place in-salon and we use live models for our practical element so that you are supervised on your first Lox installation to ensure you truly master your technique.
Our course is suitable for stylists of all walks of life, passions and expertise; from beginners to freelancers and salon owners. And we also offer a range of add on courses to truly master your hair extension business and gain the confidence to say that you are an expert within the industry!
